Advanced Degree In A Scientific Or Technical Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Engineering.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Research And Development Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Lead And Manage A Team.
