
Release Train Engineer
We are hiring for a Release Train Engineer for Global Education Solutions in MedTech. This individual is a servant leader who will act as a mentor & coach for various agile, high performing teams within the domain. We support business priorities through facilitation of the Agile Release Train (ART) events and processes. You will assist teams in delivery value on critical priorities. Facilitate Program Increments (PI) Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning meetings Facilitate the PI planning event. Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and publish them for visibility and clarity. Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings, including the Agile Release Train (ART) sync at the Program Level. Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics.
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Product Development, Product Management experience is required
Leading SAFe certified preferred, RTE certification preferred, SPC certification preferred
Solid grasp of product development lifecycle. Knowledge of enterprise architecture and agile development methodologies
Ability for learning quickly, attention to detail, independently solving problems, and handling simultaneous projects is required
