  1. Promote and sell innovative spine products to healthcare professionals in assigned region.
  2. Utilize clinical background and knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features of Johnson & Johnson's spine products.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our products.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products to identify new sales opportunities.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives for the assigned region.
  8. Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of customer interactions and sales activities.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  10. Participate in industry conferences and events to increase brand awareness and promote our products.
  11. Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
  14. Travel within the assigned region to conduct sales activities and attend meetings and events as needed.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and professional development to enhance sales skills and knowledge of our products.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare, Life Sciences, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Spine Market.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of The Local Healthcare Market, Including Key Stakeholders And Competitors.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales Performance And Meeting/Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Healthcare Professionals And Key Decision-Makers.
