- Utilize clinical background and knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features of Johnson & Johnson's spine products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
- Travel within the assigned region to conduct sales activities and attend meetings and events as needed.
- Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and professional development to enhance sales skills and knowledge of our products.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare, Life Sciences, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Spine Market.
In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of The Local Healthcare Market, Including Key Stakeholders And Competitors.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales Performance And Meeting/Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Healthcare Professionals And Key Decision-Makers.
