  1. Develop and implement quality management strategies and processes for the medical technology division.
  2. Oversee the product lifecycle management process, ensuring that all products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  3. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met during product development, production, and distribution.
  5. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to medical technology and quality management.
  7. Train and mentor team members on quality standards and processes.
  8. Communicate with regulatory agencies and participate in audits and inspections.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of quality management processes.
  10. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of quality metrics to upper management.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
  12. Serve as a key point of contact for any quality-related issues or concerns.
  13. Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  15. Represent the company at industry conferences and events to stay informed on best practices and network with other quality professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Life Sciences, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Quality Management, Preferably In The Medical Technology Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Product Lifecycle Management Processes And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
