  1. Develop and implement quality standards, policies, and procedures in line with industry regulations and company objectives.
  2. Oversee all aspects of quality control and assurance, including testing, inspection, and certification processes.
  3. Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to ensure the highest level of performance and accountability.
  4. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  6. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality.
  7. Stay current with industry advancements and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for innovation.
  8. Communicate and collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of materials and components used in production.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on quality-related matters, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and participate in audits and inspections as required.
  11. Champion a culture of quality throughout the organization and drive a commitment to excellence in all operations.
  12. Represent the company in customer meetings and act as a point of contact for quality-related inquiries and concerns.
  13. Proactively identify potential quality risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  14. Prepare and present reports to senior management on quality performance and initiatives.
  15. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where team members are empowered to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Quality Management, Engineering, Or Chemistry.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Quality Management Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements And Standards, Such As Fda Regulations And Iso 13485.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Quality Improvement Initiatives.
