  1. Develop and implement statistical methods and techniques to evaluate and improve product quality and reliability.
  2. Conduct statistical analysis of data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement in processes and products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  4. Lead and mentor team members in statistical quality engineering principles and techniques.
  5. Develop and maintain quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  6. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans to mitigate potential quality issues.
  7. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  8. Investigate and troubleshoot product and process failures, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  9. Lead and support root cause analysis and failure investigations.
  10. Provide technical support and guidance to other departments in matters related to statistical quality engineering.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in statistical quality engineering and incorporate them into our processes.
  12. Oversee and participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  13. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including presenting data and reports to senior management.
  14. Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and promote a safe and ethical work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Statistics, Engineering, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Statistical Quality Engineering In A Regulated Industry, Preferably Medical Devices Or Pharmaceuticals

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Statistical Methods And Tools, Including Design Of Experiments, Statistical Process Control, And Statistical Software Packages

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams In Developing And Implementing Statistical Quality Processes And Systems

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With All Levels Of The Organization And External Stakeholders.
