You will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of pharmacokinetics studies, from design to execution and interpretation of results. Your expertise in this field will be essential in ensuring the safety and efficacy of our products, as well as supporting our mission to make a positive impact on human health.To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in pharmacokinetics, coupled with exceptional project management and leadership skills. A Ph.D. in pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacokinetics in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.   1. Lead and coordinate all aspects of pharmacokinetics studies, including study design, execution, and interpretation of results.
  2. Ensure the safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical products through the application of pharmacokinetic principles.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and delivery of innovative pharmaceutical products.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and contract research organizations.
  5. Monitor and report on the progress of pharmacokinetics studies, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  6. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for pharmacokinetics studies.
  7. Provide expert guidance and support to team members on pharmacokinetics-related topics.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in pharmacokinetics, and incorporate new knowledge into study design and execution.
  9. Communicate study findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members on pharmacokinetics principles and practices.
  12. Actively contribute to the development and improvement of pharmacokinetics processes and methodologies within the company.
  13. Participate in cross-functional initiatives and projects related to pharmacokinetics.
  14. Represent the company at scientific conferences and events, presenting on pharmacokinetics-related topics.
  15. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources for pharmacokinetics studies.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Pharmacology Or Related Field: A Project Leader In Pharmacokinetics At Johnson & Johnson Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Pharmacology Or A Related Field Such As Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Or Chemistry. This Will Provide The Necessary Knowledge And Understanding Of Drug Metabolism And Pharmacokinetics To Effectively Lead And Manage Projects.

  • Experience In Drug Development: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Drug Development, With A Focus On Pharmacokinetics. This Includes Experience In Designing And Conducting Preclinical And Clinical Studies, Analyzing Pharmacokinetic Data, And Interpreting Results.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Project Leader, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Delegate Tasks, And Excellent Project Management Skills Are Essential Qualifications For This Role.

  • Familiarity With Regulatory Guidelines: Johnson & Johnson Is A Highly Regulated Company, And A Project Leader In Pharmacokinetics Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Regulatory Guidelines And Requirements For Drug Development. This Includes Knowledge Of Fda, Ema, And Ich Guidelines, As Well As Experience With Regulatory Submissions.

  • Collaborative And Team-Oriented Mindset: Working At Johnson & Johnson Requires Collaboration And Teamwork Across Different Departments And Teams. A Successful Project Leader In Pharmacokinetics Should Have A Collaborative Mindset, Be Able To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, And Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
