As part of the Pharmaceutical Sales team, the successful candidate will gain invaluable experience in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as the opportunity to network with top professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An understanding of the sales process and a passion for sales are also essential. The successful candidate will be able to think critically, work with minimal supervision, and adapt to changing market conditions. Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in the pharmaceutical sales process, including prospecting, researching, and closing deals.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals in the industry.
  3. Remain up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the healthcare market.
  4. Suggest innovative strategies and tactics to increase sales and market share.
  5. Utilize critical thinking skills to identify solutions and opportunities.
  6. Prepare and deliver presentations in a professional and effective manner.
  7. Collect and analyze data to measure sales performance and identify areas of improvement.
  8. Develop a thorough understanding of products and services offered by Johnson & Johnson.
  9. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback and ideas.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
