Manager - Supply Chain Development Leader

Develop the global launch end to end supply chain strategy and design for new products, which includes API production, drug product production, packaging, distribution, and physical/financial flows. Lead the creation and execution of risk assessment and launch inventory strategy including driving approval with Senior Management. Build & lead teams to design the supply chain for new products or new markets for established products within JSC & external partners. Build strong partnerships and provide leadership to challenge and influence stakeholder requirements and optimize supply chain processes globally. Drive on-time execution of new product launches globally in alignment with the global launch strategy. Influence and collaborate with Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance and Compliance, Finance, Marketing and CMC to drive successful launch execution in alignment with product strategy. Partner with J&J Deliver to manage distribution and import/export requirements.
