Manager - Solutions, Deployment & Implementation
Lead the deployment of specific finance projects with focus on the global services tier, including, but not limited to the SigniFi initiative, including operating model, technology, and process efforts. Partner with Key Stakeholders (GS Global Process Lead and GS LATAM Finance Transformation Senior Director) to support Technology and Process initiatives including; Central Finance (CFIN), Close, Consolidation and External Reporting (CCER) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). Pro-actively drive appropriate process improvements, standardization, deployment, change and training strategies. Lead and solve any/all localization needs in the region, in partnership with GS Finance Global Leaders, RDLs, and Program Leads. Along with Service Delivery Leaders, achieve value case commitments and ensuring that investment spend remains on track. Ensure a smooth transition to the operating model, technologies & processes with minimal disruption to operations.
A minimum of 7 years of working experience in Finance or related field is required.
A minimum of 3 years of deployment, solutions, change management experience is preferred.
Familiar with various Finance Operational Processes (A2R, ITC, etc.) is preferred.
Ability to connect and leverage partnerships across GS organization (i.e., Central Teams) to deliver results is required.
Fluency in Spanish or Portguese is preferred.
