Manager, Real World Value and Evidence

- Lead the Real World Value and Evidence team in developing and executing strategies to generate evidence and demonstrate value for Johnson & Johnson products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and market access, to incorporate evidence generation and value demonstration into product development and launch plans.
- Conduct health economics and outcomes research to support the value proposition of Johnson & Johnson products.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant healthcare policies, regulations, and market trends to inform evidence generation and value demonstration strategies.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including key opinion leaders, payers, and health technology assessment agencies.
- Develop and manage budgets for evidence generation and value demonstration initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development opportunities.
- Analyze and interpret data to communicate the value of Johnson & Johnson products to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of evidence generation and value demonstration efforts.
- Represent Johnson & Johnson at conferences, industry events, and other relevant forums to promote the company's commitment to improving patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to compliance and ethical standards.
Demonstrated Experience In Managing Real World Evidence Projects: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Real World Evidence Projects In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Real World Data Sources And Methodologies: A Deep Understanding Of Real World Data Sources And Methodologies Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Have Experience In Working With Various Types Of Real World Data, Such As Claims Data, Electronic Health Records, And Patient-Reported Outcomes.
Advanced Analytical Skills: A Manager In This Role Should Have Advanced Analytical Skills And Be Able To Analyze Complex Real World Data To Generate Meaningful Insights. Proficiency In Statistical Software And Data Visualization Tools Is Also Required.
Knowledge Of Regulatory And Compliance Requirements: Given The Highly Regulated Nature Of The Pharmaceutical Industry, Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Regulatory And Compliance Requirements Related To Real World Evidence. This Includes Knowledge Of Fda Guidelines And Other Relevant Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities: As A Manager, Real World Value And Evidence, Strong Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data And Insights To Various Stakeholders, As Well As The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team.
