
Manager, Global Strategic Marketing
Lead the development and global execution of key Core CL initiatives/projects and new products pipeline in partnership with digital marketing and regional partners that support the Global commercial and communications strategy. Work closely with global agency partners, cross-functional partners, and Regional Brand Leads to deliver integrated communications plans and global assets. Partner with the Platform Squad to deliver an integrated strategy and portfolio message to the professional community, key accounts and retailers. Measure and assess marketplace business results (sales, consumption, market share, portfolio penetration, equity scores, NPS, etc.). Actively assess ongoing marketplace trends and develop proactive strategies to maintain a competitive advantage and differentiate from the competition. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive marketing or related commercial business experience
A minimum of four (4) years of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience and/or Healthcare Professional marketing is required.
Experience of Direct P&L (Sales or commercial) accountability is preferred
Local/regional sales or marketing Experience is preferred.
Digital Marketing and Shopper Marketing experience is strongly preferred
