  1. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical trials for oncology treatments.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and effective clinical trial operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of project goals.
  4. Mentor and provide guidance to team members to support their professional development.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  6. Monitor and analyze trial data to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  7. Manage study timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of clinical trials.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, vendors, and study participants.
  9. Stay informed and up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in oncology clinical trial operations.
  10. Contribute to the overall success of the oncology portfolio by providing insights, recommendations, and strategic input.
  11. Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
  12. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the clinical operations team.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Clinical Operations Within The Oncology Field, With A Strong Understanding Of The Drug Development Process And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Discipline, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmacy. Advanced Degree (E.g. Pharmd, Md, Phd) Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Clinical Trials And Projects, Including Budget And Timeline Management, Risk Assessment, And Issue Resolution.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Other Relevant Regulations, As Well As Experience With Clinical Trial Data Management Systems And Electronic Data Capture (Edc) Platforms.
