- Monitor and analyze pricing performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.

- Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support pricing decisions.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for pricing optimization and cost-savings.
- Lead pricing negotiations with suppliers and customers.
- Train and mentor junior analysts on pricing processes and strategies.
- Communicate pricing updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to pricing operations.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely pricing reporting.
- Continuously evaluate and improve pricing processes and systems.
- Represent the company's values and mission in all interactions and decisions.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Pricing And/Or Operations Within A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Company.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Process Improvements.
Knowledge Of Pricing Strategies, Market Dynamics, And Regulatory Requirements In The Healthcare Industry.
