  1. Conduct thorough and accurate analysis of financial data for the Consumer Value Added division.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all departments.
  3. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve data quality and integrity.
  4. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with financial data.
  5. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  6. Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to identify trends and insights in financial data.
  7. Manage and lead a team of analysts, providing guidance and support as needed.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  9. Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  10. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all financial data and processes.
  11. Identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvement within the Consumer Value Added division.
  12. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.
  13. Mentor and train junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge in financial analysis.
  14. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
  15. Uphold the mission and values of Johnson & Johnson and represent the company with integrity and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
