Label Process Lead

Main areas of responsibility for this role include developing change control documentation and design changes related to labeling including labels, packaging and BOM changes, managing multiple project priorities with internal and external customers, proofing of digital and printed content, delivering status updates and communicate progress to key stakeholders, ensuring processes and standards are upheld when executing changes, being accountable for maintaining label design and process knowledge for assigned platform, support label CAPAs and non-conformances as needed, and outsourcing or performing graphics label revisions and changes as required. This role includes working with stakeholders to gather requirements, as well as creating and managing complex label change projects.
