Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Biomedical Engineering: A Strong Foundation In Biomedical Engineering Principles And Concepts Is Essential For A Knee Research Development Engineering Co-Op Position At Johnson & Johnson. This Includes Understanding Of Anatomy, Physiology, And Biomechanics, As Well As Knowledge Of Medical Devices And Orthopedic Technologies.

  • Experience With Cad Software: Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software Is A Key Qualification For This Role. Candidates Should Have Experience With Programs Such As Solidworks, Autocad, And/Or Pro/Engineer, And Be Able To Create And Modify 3D Models And Technical Drawings.

  • Understanding Of Design And Manufacturing Processes: A Successful Co-Op Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Design And Manufacturing Processes, Particularly In The Medical Device Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Materials, Manufacturing Techniques, And Quality Control Processes.

  • Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: As A Co-Op In Knee Research Development Engineering, You Will Be Faced With Complex Challenges And Problems That Require Critical Thinking And Analytical Skills.
