IT Lead SIEM Engineer

Proactively engage with internal key Cybersecurity partners to understand analytical needs. Identify, ingest, and parse required log data to meet the analytical need and the SIEM solution formats. Work closely with Security Technology Operations and Security Automation (SOAR) teams to ensure successful SIEM/UEBA functionality. Manage product life cycle including platform upgrades, improvements/enhancements, product maturity, documentation, and customer requirements. Set up and monitor clear product SLA, measurable performance, product health monitoring and continuous improvement. Maintain regular open dialog with Security Engineering, Cyber Security Operations Center, and Security Technology Operations related to threat intel and content. Responsible for key vendor and customer relationships across the SIEM/UEBA platform and services.
