Inventory Specialist

Lead communication cross-functionally (with data and facts) to investigate, research and resolve all process exceptions promptly and accurately. Lead projects including process and system implementation/testing, material flow improvement, product code consolidation and shipping equipment utilization optimization. Serve as a change agent and advises management of changing needs of customer base and leads process improvements to accommodate customer requirements. Responsible for providing insight to Coordinator as it relates to system capabilities, processes, and shipping schedule management. Ensure adherence to key performance indicators, policies/procedures, customer service level agreements and the compliance of transactions processed for accurate reporting.
