- Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives that align with the overall goals and objectives of Johnson & Johnson
- Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and provide strategic HR support and guidance
- Lead and manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and performance management
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that Johnson & Johnson attracts and retains top talent
- Create and implement training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Manage the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable practices
- Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees
- Act as a champion for the company's culture and values, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Experience Working In Human Resources, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Labor Laws, Compliance Regulations, And Hr Best Practices.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies That Align With Business Objectives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.
