- Lead and coach a team of HR professionals to effectively support and develop employees.
- Develop and oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to address and resolve HR-related issues and concerns.
- Ensure legal compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Oversee performance management processes to drive employee performance and development.
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and implement innovative HR strategies to drive company success.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where diversity and inclusion are valued and promoted.
- Serve as a role model for company values and behaviors, promoting a culture of integrity and ethical practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to support HR initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Management, Preferably In A Large, Global Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Current Employment Laws And Regulations.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures.
