- Develop and drive the global medical strategy for the Gastroenterology portfolio, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, commercial, and market access to ensure a holistic approach to medical strategy.
- Establish strong relationships with key external stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and regulatory bodies to gather insights and incorporate them into medical strategy.
- Provide scientific and medical expertise to support the development and launch of new Gastroenterology products.
- Lead and manage a team of medical affairs professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the execution of medical strategies.
- Monitor and analyze relevant medical and scientific literature, clinical trial data, and competitor information to identify opportunities for differentiation and advancement of the Gastroenterology portfolio.

Advanced Degree In Medicine Or Life Sciences: A Global Medical Affairs Leader For Gastroenterology At Johnson & Johnson Should Possess An Advanced Degree In Medicine, Pharmacy, Or A Related Life Science Field.
