- Develop and drive the global medical strategy for the Gastroenterology portfolio, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, commercial, and market access to ensure a holistic approach to medical strategy.
- Establish strong relationships with key external stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and regulatory bodies to gather insights and incorporate them into medical strategy.
- Provide scientific and medical expertise to support the development and launch of new Gastroenterology products.
- Lead and manage a team of medical affairs professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the execution of medical strategies.
