Finance Director, Treasury Operations

The Senior Finance Director, Treasury Operations is responsible for leading a best-in-class Treasury Operations team to ensure the flawless execution and continuous improvement of Treasury operations including netting; management of the in-house bank and inter company funding arrangements. Manage inter-company funding activities and netting. Run the various in-house bank account structures for affiliates in support of the global cash management functions. Design and operate internal controls, segregation of duties and system access. Run the back-office function. Support Treasury Services organization on Sarbanes-Oxley regulation. Liaison with internal and external auditors for all Treasury centers. Ensure compliance with Dodd Frank, EMIR, and other regulatory requirements. Management of the Belgium Treasury Operations team with responsibility over the global payment factory and related activities.
