  1. Develop and implement reimbursement strategies for Johnson & Johnson's oncology products.
  2. Stay up-to-date on healthcare policies and regulations, and ensure compliance with all guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address reimbursement barriers.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, providers, and patient advocacy groups.
  5. Provide education and support to healthcare providers on reimbursement processes and procedures.
  6. Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make strategic recommendations.
  7. Monitor reimbursement processes and identify areas for optimization and efficiency.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare reimbursement for the oncology team.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs to internal teams on reimbursement policies and procedures.
  10. Act as a liaison between Johnson & Johnson and external stakeholders to address any reimbursement-related issues or concerns.
  11. Represent Johnson & Johnson at industry conferences and events to stay informed on reimbursement trends and network with key stakeholders.
  12. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop messaging and materials related to reimbursement for oncology products.
  13. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all reimbursement activities.
  14. Stay informed on the latest advancements and changes in the healthcare landscape that may impact reimbursement processes.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve reimbursement strategies and processes to ensure patients have access to the treatments they need.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Or Related Field, Or Equivalent Work Experience.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry, With At Least 3 Years In Reimbursement Or Market Access.

  • Familiarity With Oncology Reimbursement Landscape, Including Medicare And Private Insurance Policies.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders Such As Payers, Providers, And Patients.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory And Compliance Guidelines Related To Pharmaceutical Reimbursement.
