- Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely and effective reimbursement for Johnson & Johnson's oncology treatments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address reimbursement barriers for patients.
- Stay up-to-date on changes and updates in healthcare reimbursement policies and regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including payers, providers, and patient advocacy groups.
- Monitor reimbursement trends and provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Train and educate internal teams, including sales and marketing, on reimbursement processes and policies.
- Serve as a point of contact for external inquiries related to reimbursement for Johnson & Johnson's oncology treatments.
- Analyze data and metrics to track reimbursement performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reimbursement resources and materials for healthcare providers and patients.
- Represent Johnson & Johnson at healthcare conferences and events to promote our oncology treatments and educate stakeholders on reimbursement processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Reimbursement Or Managed Care Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Oncology Reimbursement Landscape, Including Medicare, Medicaid, And Commercial Payers.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Reimbursement Information To Diverse Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Reimbursement Strategies To Drive Product Access And Reimbursement.
