
District Manager, Neuroscience

As the District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing efforts for our neuroscience products in your assigned district. - Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and increase market share for neuroscience products within the assigned district.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary resources and skills to effectively promote and sell neuroscience products.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and market access to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and key accounts in the district.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Represent the company at conferences, events, and meetings to promote neuroscience products and build brand awareness.
- Monitor and manage district budget and resources to optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with regional and national leadership to align district goals with overall company objectives.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and effectively communicate product information to customers and team members.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry best practices to enhance job performance.
Bachelor's Or Advanced Degree In Neuroscience Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Sales, With A Focus On Neuroscience Products
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Driving Sales And Achieving Targets
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team
