We are currently seeking a highly driven and experienced District Manager to lead our Neuroscience division. As the District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing efforts for our neuroscience products in your assigned district. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of patients and the success of our company. We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background in neuroscience and a proven track record in sales and leadership.   1. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and increase market share for neuroscience products within the assigned district.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
  3. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary resources and skills to effectively promote and sell neuroscience products.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and market access to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and key accounts in the district.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform business decisions and strategies.
  10. Represent the company at conferences, events, and meetings to promote neuroscience products and build brand awareness.
  11. Monitor and manage district budget and resources to optimize sales performance.
  12. Collaborate with regional and national leadership to align district goals with overall company objectives.
  13. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and effectively communicate product information to customers and team members.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry best practices to enhance job performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Advanced Degree In Neuroscience Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Sales, With A Focus On Neuroscience Products

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Driving Sales And Achieving Targets

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Neuroscience Market And Understanding Of Key Competitors And Market Trends.
