- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives within a designated geographic area.

- Travel within the designated geographic area to visit team members and clients as needed.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, market trends, and sales projections to upper management.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Marketing, Or Management In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Healthcare Professionals And Key Decision Makers.
