  1. Develop and implement scientific engagement strategies to support the goals of the Global Medical Affairs team.
  2. Define and communicate the company's scientific messaging and positioning to internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of scientific engagement activities with overall business objectives.
  4. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the healthcare industry.
  5. Identify and prioritize relevant scientific conferences and events for the company to participate in.
  6. Plan and execute scientific presentations and publications, including abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the healthcare industry and provide insights and recommendations to the team.
  8. Manage a team of scientific engagement professionals and provide guidance and direction in their daily activities.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on scientific communication and medical affairs, providing support and guidance to other teams as needed.
  10. Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure all scientific engagement activities are in compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
  11. Monitor and analyze the impact of scientific engagement activities on the company's reputation and business objectives.
  12. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in scientific engagement strategies and processes.
  13. Represent the company at scientific conferences, events, and meetings as needed.
  14. Develop and manage budgets for scientific engagement activities.
  15. Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and career advancement.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Medicine, Pharmacy, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, With A Focus On Medical Affairs.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Execute Global Scientific Engagement Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Key Opinion Leaders And Other Stakeholders.
