  1. Develop and execute the scientific engagement strategy for Johnson & Johnson, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key areas of scientific research and innovation, and develop plans to advance the company's mission and drive business growth.
  3. Lead and manage a team of scientific experts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of the scientific engagement strategy.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and thought leaders in the healthcare industry.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest scientific developments and trends, and use this knowledge to inform and shape the company's strategy.
  6. Represent Johnson & Johnson at scientific conferences, industry events, and other relevant forums, showcasing the company's scientific capabilities and thought leadership.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement effective messaging and communication strategies for scientific engagement initiatives.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the success of scientific engagement activities, and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal impact and results.
  9. Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the scientific engagement team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  10. Adhere to all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines in the execution of scientific engagement activities.
  11. Serve as a brand ambassador for Johnson & Johnson, promoting the company's values and mission both internally and externally.
  12. Continuously assess and identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the company's scientific engagement efforts, and develop and implement plans to capitalize on these opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • An Advanced Degree In A Scientific Field (E.g. Phd, Md) With A Strong Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Scientific Communication, Engagement, Or Medical Affairs Roles, Preferably Within A Global Organization.

  • Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Scientific Engagement Professionals.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Scientific Information To Various Audiences.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory And Compliance Guidelines, Including Those Related To Scientific Communication And Medical Education.
