Job Description

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Customer Experience Principal Engineer to join Johnson & Johnson’s team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer experience principles and a passion for creating seamless and engaging customer experiences.This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual who is able to lead and develop a team to drive the customer experience strategy and deliver innovative solutions. As a key member of the team, you’ll have the chance to work with industry leading technology and make an impact on the customer experience.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have an advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer experience engineering and/or design. Strong problem solving, team building, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
