  1. Provide clinical support and expertise to healthcare professionals in order to promote the use and understanding of Johnson & Johnson products.
  2. Collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and implement strategies for increasing product usage and adoption.
  3. Conduct product trainings and presentations to healthcare professionals to enhance their knowledge and understanding of Johnson & Johnson products.
  4. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support the adoption of Johnson & Johnson products.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical research and developments in the healthcare industry to effectively communicate product benefits and differentiators.
  6. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively educate and engage healthcare professionals in discussions about Johnson & Johnson products.
  7. Provide product demonstrations and support for product installations and implementations in healthcare facilities.
  8. Act as a liaison between healthcare professionals and other Johnson & Johnson departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  9. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth and development.
  10. Adhere to all company and industry regulations and guidelines to maintain compliance and ethical standards.
  11. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to represent Johnson & Johnson and promote the company's products and services.
  12. Continuously develop and maintain strong product knowledge and technical expertise to effectively support healthcare professionals and drive sales.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute strategies for product promotion and sales growth.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities with healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the Johnson & Johnson team by actively participating in team meetings, providing feedback, and sharing best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Life Science Or Healthcare Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales Or Clinical Support

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Healthcare Professionals
