- Provide clinical support and expertise to healthcare professionals in order to promote the use and understanding of Johnson & Johnson products.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and implement strategies for increasing product usage and adoption.
- Conduct product trainings and presentations to healthcare professionals to enhance their knowledge and understanding of Johnson & Johnson products.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support the adoption of Johnson & Johnson products.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical research and developments in the healthcare industry to effectively communicate product benefits and differentiators.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively educate and engage healthcare professionals in discussions about Johnson & Johnson products.
- Provide product demonstrations and support for product installations and implementations in healthcare facilities.
- Act as a liaison between healthcare professionals and other Johnson & Johnson departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth and development.
- Adhere to all company and industry regulations and guidelines to maintain compliance and ethical standards.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to represent Johnson & Johnson and promote the company's products and services.
- Continuously develop and maintain strong product knowledge and technical expertise to effectively support healthcare professionals and drive sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute strategies for product promotion and sales growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities with healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Johnson & Johnson team by actively participating in team meetings, providing feedback, and sharing best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In A Life Science Or Healthcare Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales Or Clinical Support
In-Depth Knowledge Of Johnson & Johnson Products And Their Application In Clinical Settings
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Healthcare Professionals
