We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAR-T Document Specialist Technical Writer to join our team at Johnson & Johnson.   1. Develop and maintain technical documents related to CAR-T cell therapy, including but not limited to standard operating procedures, work instructions, training materials, and user manuals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical documents.
  3. Ensure all technical documents adhere to regulatory standards and guidelines.
  4. Review and revise existing documents to reflect updates and changes in CAR-T cell therapy processes and procedures.
  5. Create user-friendly documents that effectively communicate complex scientific information to various audiences, including healthcare professionals and patients.
  6. Conduct thorough research and gather information from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documents.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CAR-T cell therapy to continuously improve and update technical documents.
  8. Work closely with Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams to ensure all documents meet compliance standards.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create promotional materials and educational resources related to CAR-T cell therapy.
  10. Maintain organized and up-to-date document control systems to ensure easy access and retrieval of technical documents.
  11. Train and educate team members on proper document control procedures and standards.
  12. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide technical writing expertise and support as needed.
  13. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion and accuracy of technical documents.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to technical writing and document control.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Technical Writing, English, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Technical Writing, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industries.

  • Strong Understanding Of Car-T Therapy And Related Technical Concepts.

  • Proficiency In Document Management Software, Such As Microsoft Word And Adobe Acrobat.

  • Excellent Attention To Detail And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
