- Act as the main point of contact for all capital sales inquiries for the sports division in the Northeast region of the US.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the sports industry, including athletic trainers, coaches, and sports organizations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the sports market to drive sales and revenue.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and use this information to develop sales strategies and product positioning.
- Create and deliver presentations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our capital products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that all necessary documentation and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide ongoing customer support and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and incorporate this knowledge into sales strategies and pitches.
- Represent Johnson & Johnson at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Capital Sales, Preferably In The Sports Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Knowledge Of The Northeast Us Market And Experience In Developing And Executing Sales Strategies In This Region.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
