Job Description

The ERP PL Business Analyst will contribute with the IT TS functional Analyst to design solutions that meets the business requirements. Partner with the Scrum team to estimate the duration and cost of the project. Effectively communicate project expectations and status to stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Document confirmed business processes to serve as reference for development and IT support. Explain to business how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint. Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation and participates in compliance activities as required. Prepare and update traceability matrix Demonstrate a strong understanding of J&J business processes. Works with PLOs on product and application roadmap. Tracks progress of product development.

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to translate business requirements into Technical Epics/Stories.

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, a minimum of 2 years relevant SAP experience is required

  • Knowledge of technology trends and to apply this knowledge to existing business processes especially on the OTC area

  • Ability to work in an Agile environment and working closely with shared services organization
