Bioreactor Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated scientist to lead our high-throughput automated bioreactor processes. The scientist will be responsible for leading and coordinating team activities for screening the top candidate cell lines in ambr15 and ambr250 bioreactors, generating material in 10L and 50L single-use bioreactors, and for research projects involving upstream process development. Crafting and directing research projects related to upstream process development such as media/feed optimization, Raman integration, and metabolic/process modeling. Participating in hands-on preculture and bioreactor operations during peak usage, estimated to be 10% of total effort Experimental design, data analysis, troubleshooting, providing detailed training and mentorship to colleagues, contributing to project teams, and maintaining detailed records for laboratory notebooks and other technical documents.
