Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director to join our Regulatory Affairs team at Johnson & Johnson. As the RA Labeling Product Leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for our labeling product portfolio. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive innovation in labeling strategies to ensure compliance with global regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory affairs, excellent communication and project management skills, and a proven track record of successfully leading labeling projects.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the labeling product portfolio in accordance with global regulations and company objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Legal to develop labeling strategies that support product development, commercialization, and post-market activities.
  3. Serve as the subject matter expert on global labeling regulations and provide guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance requirements.
  4. Lead and manage labeling projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  5. Identify and assess potential regulatory risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure compliance and minimize impact on business objectives.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and industry associations to stay updated on the latest labeling regulations and trends.
  7. Act as a key liaison between the company and regulatory agencies for labeling-related matters.
  8. Provide input and recommendations on labeling content, format, and design to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  9. Conduct regular reviews and audits of labeling content and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  10. Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
  11. Participate in the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures related to labeling.
  12. Represent the company at industry conferences and meetings to share best practices and stay informed on emerging trends and technologies in labeling.
  13. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in labeling strategies to support business goals and enhance the customer experience.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to support product launch activities and ensure timely availability of compliant labeling materials.
  15. Uphold the company's values and standards of ethics and compliance in all interactions and activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Affairs, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Regulations And Guidelines Related To Product Labeling, Including Fda Regulations, Eu Mdr, And Other International Standards.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Labeling Strategies For New And Existing Products, Including Experience With Labeling Submissions And Negotiations With Regulatory Authorities.
