Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Project Management, Or Life Sciences.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience In Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Projects.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques, Including Pmp Certification.
