  1. Oversee the timely and accurate publication of critical documents for Johnson & Johnson's pharmaceutical products.
  2. Manage a team of document publishing specialists to ensure efficient and high-quality document production.
  3. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for document publishing processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and review necessary information for document creation and publication.
  5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards for document publishing.

  10. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to document publishing.
  11. Participate in strategic planning for document publishing initiatives and contribute innovative ideas.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to document publishing and recommend improvements or changes as needed.
  13. Ensure effective collaboration and communication within the document publishing team and with other departments.
  14. Represent the company and promote its values and mission in all interactions.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Pharmaceutical Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Document Publishing, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Global Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines, Including Ectd Submission Standards.

  • Proficient In Electronic Publishing Software And Tools, Such As Adobe Acrobat, Ectd Software, And Document Management Systems.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Effectively Lead A Team To Meet Tight Deadlines And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
