  1. Lead and manage the statistical aspects of clinical research studies within the Clinical Science division.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely analysis and interpretation of data.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement statistical analyses plans for clinical trials.
  4. Provide statistical guidance and support to study teams.
  5. Develop and review statistical documents, including statistical analysis plans, data specifications, and study reports.
  6. Monitor study progress and identify and address any statistical issues.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  8. Mentor and train junior biostatisticians.
  9. Stay updated on advancements in biostatistical methods and apply them appropriately in clinical research.
  10. Contribute to the development of new statistical methodologies and processes.
  11. Communicate statistical results and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  12. Collaborate with external partners, such as CROs, to ensure high-quality statistical deliverables.
  13. Participate in the planning and execution of departmental initiatives and projects.
  14. Represent the company in scientific conferences and professional meetings.
  15. Uphold the company's values and mission to improve the lives of people everywhere.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Biostatistics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 8 Years Of Experience In Biostatistics Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design, Statistical Analysis Methods, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Biostatisticians.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Other Teams And Present Complex Statistical Findings To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
