Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology) With At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Biomarker Strategy Development And Implementation In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams In The Development And Execution Of Biomarker Strategies For Clinical Trials, Including The Identification And Validation Of Biomarkers.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Biomarker Technologies And Platforms, Including Genomics, Proteomics, And Imaging, And Their Application In Drug Development.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Guidelines And Requirements Related To Biomarker Discovery, Development, And Validation.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders To Drive The Development And Implementation Of Biomarker Strategies For Multiple Therapeutic Areas.
