Human Resource Business Partner

Provides strategic direction and input to business leaders regarding overall human capital strategies that support the culture, company direction, and needs of the business and employees. Collaborate with other departments to understand, resolve and remove barriers that impact a department or employee from being able to perform at their best. Develop, recommend and implement departmental procedures and company policies to effect continual improvements throughout company. Handle benefits administration - Participate in annual benefit open enrollment process working with C&B Manager; assist employees with benefit questions and problems Provide expert and objective advice, coaching counsel to leaders and employees on HR policy and procedures. Lead day-to-day HR activities: employee relations, corporate policies/programs/procedures, change management, etc. Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
