CMM Programmer
Responsible for three dimensional measuring to ensure product conforms to quality and customer standards. Duties include programming, enhancing, and maintaining the CMM systems to accurately measure products. The CMM Technician is also responsible to accurately prepare layouts and documents with CMM capabilities and other quality measurement tools.
Experience in algorithms and capable of planning new approaches to new parts or products
Ability to program CMM to measure different types of products.
Experience in SPC, gauge R&R, Ppk, and of all other process capabilities studies.
Proficient reading & interpretation of design and product blueprints.
CMM certification and GD&T training certificates.
