Corporate Accounting Analyst

The Senior Accounting Analyst will be responsible carrying out day-to-day responsibilities while looking for ways to automate processes within the payroll general ledger administration and related accounting; lease accounting and lease system administration; and other quarterly and annual reporting requirements. Maintain current process and workflows while researching and recommending ways to automate ADP payroll administration including table and security maintenance, posting payroll jobs to the general ledger, reconciling payroll cash and other personnel related accounts. Lease Accounting System Administrator for domestic and overseas locations, and accounting for all North America leases in AMTdirect software system. Prepare and review monthly journal entries, general ledger account reconciliations and analysis. Prepare annual 401k Financial Statements and lead finance portion of annual benefit plan audit.
