  1. Conduct statistical analysis and programming to support clinical research studies.
  2. Collaborate with research teams to understand project objectives and develop appropriate statistical methods.
  3. Develop and implement statistical programs and algorithms to analyze and interpret data.
  4. Ensure accuracy and reliability of statistical analyses through thorough testing and validation.
  5. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations of statistical findings for research teams and stakeholders.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in statistical programming and methodology.
  7. Work closely with data management teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  8. Provide guidance and support to junior programmers and analysts.
  9. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  10. Contribute to the development of new statistical procedures and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Maintain and organize data and programming documentation in accordance with industry and company standards.
  12. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to statistical programming and data analysis.
  13. Participate in study meetings and provide statistical expertise and recommendations.
  14. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration of data and programming.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Statistical Programming And Data Analysis.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Software Such As Sas, R, And/Or Python.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Clinical Trial Design And Analysis.

  • Experience Working With Large Datasets And Conducting Complex Statistical Analyses.
