  1. Develop and implement strategies to support and enhance the success of research programs and initiatives at Johns Hopkins University.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and coordination of research programs.
  3. Oversee the planning and execution of research projects, ensuring they are completed within established timelines and budgets.
  4. Monitor and track progress of research programs and provide regular updates to senior management.
  5. Identify and address any potential issues or roadblocks that may arise during the course of research programs.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and resource sharing.
  7. Manage and coordinate the recruitment and training of research personnel, including interns, fellows, and other team members.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to research programs and initiatives.
  9. Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation related to research activities, including budgets, progress reports, and publications.
  10. Stay informed about advancements and best practices in research program management and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to research programs and provide timely and accurate responses.
  12. Participate in the development and implementation of new research initiatives and help identify potential funding opportunities.
  13. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
  14. Contribute to the development and delivery of presentations, reports, and other materials to showcase the impact and success of research programs.
  15. Continuously evaluate and assess the effectiveness of research programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Research Methodologies And Data Analysis Techniques.

  • Master's Degree Or Phd In A Relevant Field Such As Public Health, Epidemiology, Or Health Policy.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Research Project Coordination, Preferably In A University Or Academic Setting.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Grant Writing And Managing Research Budgets.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With A Diverse Team.
