
Sr. Research Program Coordinator II

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned research projects.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of research projects, including participant recruitment, data collection and analysis, and dissemination of results.
- Collaborate with faculty and other team members to design and implement research studies that align with the goals and objectives of the program.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and external partners.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of research staff, ensuring that all team members are equipped to perform their assigned tasks.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports to funders and other stakeholders as required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners, including community organizations, government agencies, and other research institutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including human subjects protections and institutional policies.
- Identify and address potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate their impact.
- Participate in the development of grant proposals and other funding opportunities to support the program's research agenda.
- Contribute to the dissemination of research findings through publications, presentations, and other knowledge translation activities.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in public health research and apply them to the program's activities.
- Act as a mentor and resource for junior research staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by actively engaging in team meetings and other activities.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the program director.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field (Such As Public Health, Psychology, Or Social Sciences) Or Equivalent Experience.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management And Coordination, Preferably In A Research Setting.
Demonstrated Experience With Grant Writing And Managing Budgets For Research Projects.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Synthesize Complex Information And Data.
