  1. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned research projects.
  2. Coordinate and manage all aspects of research projects, including participant recruitment, data collection and analysis, and dissemination of results.
  3. Collaborate with faculty and other team members to design and implement research studies that align with the goals and objectives of the program.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and external partners.
  5. Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of research staff, ensuring that all team members are equipped to perform their assigned tasks.
  6. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  7. Prepare and submit project progress reports to funders and other stakeholders as required.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners, including community organizations, government agencies, and other research institutions.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including human subjects protections and institutional policies.
  10. Identify and address potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate their impact.
  11. Participate in the development of grant proposals and other funding opportunities to support the program's research agenda.
  12. Contribute to the dissemination of research findings through publications, presentations, and other knowledge translation activities.
  13. Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in public health research and apply them to the program's activities.
  14. Act as a mentor and resource for junior research staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by actively engaging in team meetings and other activities.
  16. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the program director.

Job Qualifications
