- Develop and implement strategic plans for various academic programs and initiatives at Johns Hopkins University.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of program operations, including budgeting, resources allocation, and timeline management.

Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business Administration Or Education.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Program Coordinators And Support Staff.
Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Execute Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Knowledge Of And Experience With Budget Management And Financial Reporting, Including Grant Management And Compliance.
