  1. Develop and implement programs to support the mission and vision of Johns Hopkins University.
  2. Collaborate with team members to create innovative and impactful program strategies.
  3. Conduct research and gather data to inform program development and decision-making.
  4. Create and maintain program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  5. Plan and coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and other program activities.
  6. Communicate program updates and progress to key stakeholders, including university leadership, faculty, and staff.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to enhance program opportunities.
  8. Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Train and supervise program staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve program offerings.
  11. Represent the university and its programs at conferences, meetings, and other events.
  12. Adhere to university policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  13. Maintain accurate and thorough program records and documentation.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and equity in all aspects of program development.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and development, both personally and for the program.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Public Health, Education, Or Social Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Higher Education Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Implement, And Evaluate Programs.

  • Knowledge Of Research Methodologies And Data Analysis Techniques, As Well As Experience With Grant Writing And Reporting.
