  1. Managing and overseeing recruitment processes for all positions within the university, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and making job offers.
  2. Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to hiring and employment.
  3. Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  4. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance and support.
  5. Managing employee relations issues, including addressing and resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  6. Coordinating and administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  7. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  8. Conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  9. Serving as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and providing guidance and support as needed.
  10. Collaborating with other HR team members to develop and implement initiatives and programs that promote diversity and inclusion within the university.
  11. Staying informed of industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  12. Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Director.
  13. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
  14. Fostering a positive work culture and promoting professional growth and development for all employees.
  15. Representing the university and its values in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Recruitment.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Relevant Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeo.

  • Experience Working With Hr Information Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong Communication, Organizational, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Confidential Information With Discretion.
