  1. Collaborate with faculty members and research teams to identify funding opportunities and develop grant proposals that align with the university's mission and research goals.
  2. Conduct thorough research on potential funding sources and stay updated on changes and trends in the research funding landscape.
  3. Manage the entire grant application process, including preparing and submitting proposals, budget development, and compliance with funder requirements.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized records of all grant proposals, submissions, and awards.
  5. Communicate with funding agencies and university departments to ensure timely submission of all required documents and reports.
  6. Provide guidance and support to faculty and researchers in navigating the grant application process and complying with funding agency guidelines.
  7. Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of grant funds and budget management.
  8. Stay updated on federal, state, and private funding regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.
  9. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with funding agencies and represent the university in a professional manner.
  10. Contribute to identifying and implementing strategies to improve the success rate of grant applications and funding acquisition.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Finance, Accounting, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Grants Management Or Administration, Preferably In A Higher Education Or Non-Profit Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And Private Grant Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Grants And Deadlines Simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Budget Development And Financial Management, Including Financial Reporting And Analysis.
